At Kadlec Clinic General and Colorectal Surgery our Board certified physicians specialize in all aspects of breast, general and colorectal surgery including diagnostic and interventional surgical procedures. Each has a unique area of service.

Breast Care Services

Dr. John Droesch and Dr. Brandon Bunnage take great pride in caring for women and men with breast health concerns including:

  • Breast cancer (including high risk breast cancer patients)
  • Benign breast disease: cysts, mastitis, benign breast lumps, breast pain, breast abscess
  • Breast biopsies
  • Breast conservation therapy
  • Mastectomy
  • Nipple sparring mastectomy
  • Ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) 

Within the clinic they also perform risk assessments for breast cancer and offer additional patient navigation for breast cancer patients.

General Surgery Services

Our general surgery team is made up of Dr. Brandon Bunnage, Dr. Philip Smith and Dr. John Droesch. Each is able to perform general surgery procedures to care for patients with:

  • Benign and malignant thyroid and parathyroid disease
  • Benign and malignant stomach, intestinal and colorectal disease
  • Upper and lower diagnostic, interventional and screening endoscopy
  • Inguinal, ventral, incisional, umbilical and complex abdominal wall hernias
  • Gallstones and gall bladder dysfunction
  • Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD)

Anorectal Services

Dr. Luay Ailabouni, as well as Dr. Brandon Bunnage and Dr. Philip Smith, diagnose and treat patients with disorders of the colon, rectum and anus including:

  • Cancer of the colon, rectum and anus
  • Treatment of hemorrhoids, anal pain, pruritus ani, anal fissures, abscess/fistula and rectal prolapse
  • Colon care including colonoscopy, polyp removal, and cancer care management
  • Treatment of inflammatory bowel diseases including ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease
  • Fecal incontinence, constipation, rectal prolapse, and rectocele
  • Diverticular disease management
  • Surgery including advanced minimally invasive surgery and laparoscopic procedures
  • Endoscopy (anoscopy, proctoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy)ultrasound and manometr

Patients are seen at Kadlec Clinic General & Colorectal Surgery by referral.
