Starting her career as an EMT then Paramedic, Jennifer has always been drawn to helping people. While working in emergency medicine she realized she had a passion for cardiac care. She was intrigued by the heart's structure, function, and complexity, and wanted to make a difference for patients. She chose to go on to become a physician assistant and her focus is now in Cardiology.
Now Jennifer enjoys getting to know her patients and building relationships, while helping them learn new and innovative ways to improve their overall wellness and cardiac-health.
Area of Care
Jennifer received her Bachelors of Health Science in Physician Assistant from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington and her Masters of Physician Assistant from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska. She is a member of the American Academy of Cardiology, American Academy of Physician Assistants and the National Regisrty of EMT's and Paramedics.
