Hsiu-Lin “Judy” Chang

Judy Chang is a lawyer who has lived in the Tri-Cities since 2007. Following her graduation from Gonzaga University of Law, she moved to the Tri-Cities after being offered a legal internship, and later an associate counsel position, at Fluor Hanford.

Ms. Chang is a first-generation immigrant and was born in Taipei, Taiwan. When she was three years old, her family moved to Spokane, WA. Her parents, aunt and uncle still live in Spokane and she considers it her hometown. Ms. Chang has one younger brother who is a medical doctor in the U.S. Army.

In addition to her involvement on the Kadlec Foundation Board, Ms. Chang is also a member of the National Management Association, Ch. 395, the Benton Franklin County Bar Association, the Benton Franklin County Young Lawyers and the Young Professionals of the Tri-Cities. As an alum of both Gonzaga and Washington State University, she is a loyal fan of both the Bulldogs and the Cougars. For fun, Ms. Chang enjoys jogging, martial arts and the occasional stroll along the Columbia River.
