Community Health Improvement Plan

All nonprofit hospitals conduct a community health needs assessment (CHNA) every three years. The local survey is conducted by the Benton Franklin Community Health Alliance.  The CHNA identifies areas of greatest health need within our community.  An implementation strategy, or Community Health Improvement Plan, is then adopted to meet the needs identified.

Kadlec is proud to partner with other local health agencies through the Community Health Improvement Plan to continue to assess and address community needs through programs and activities that provide treatment and promote health and wellness. Click here to read the Community Health Improvement Plan for Benton and Franklin Counties.
