How can I find out what positions are currently open?
Open positions are listed on the Careers website.
When are positions posted? How often should I check the website?
Positions are generally posted on Wednesdays and for a minimum of 5 days. You may, however, want to check back often in effort not to miss an opportunity.
How do I apply?
Once you see a position for which you have interest and meet the minimum requirements, please apply online.
HELP! I am not able to click the 'Login' button on the application page and get the error message: "This application requires cookies for correct functionality. You may not login without cookies."
Several of the newest browsers are not compatible with the application's login page. To bypass this error, select a Job Category or Job Location and click 'Search Positions'. You may now log in from this screen or return to the previous page, which will have regained functionality. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and are working on a remedy.
How will I know when a position has been filled?
Positions generally remain posted until they are filled.
I am having issues completing the application. Is there anyone at Kadlec that can assist me?
Due to the high level of technology found in the health care environment, one of the first expectations of an applicant is that they complete the application in its entirety and on their own.
I do not have an email account. Can I still apply?
To register, it is necessary to have a valid e-mail account. Many websites offer free e-mail accounts, including: • Hotmail • Yahoo • Gmail.
I have filled in everything and it's still not letting me submit my application. What's wrong?
Every field that has an asterisk (*) must be completed. If you begin typing in a section noted with an asterisk (*), you will need to complete that entire section in order for the application to submit. If a section does not apply to you, please leave all fields blank. The 'Submit' tab provides an at-a-glance check to ensure all sections have been completed.
Do I have to fill out each section?
Yes, each applicable section must be completed in its entirety. Kadlec uses the information you provide on the application to determine if you are qualified for the position for which you're applying. Also, if an employment offer is extended, Kadlec uses this information to calculate your wage. Omitting or falsifying information on the application could prevent you from moving forward in the process.
How do I attach my resume?
Please cut and paste your resume into the Work History section of the online application.
Do I have to complete the survey every time I apply?
Your application cannot be submitted until you've marked that the survey is complete. Survey results are kept on file for twelve months-- If you are applying after a period of twelve months from your initial application, please complete the survey again.
Can I use my Browser's 'Back' button?
No. Please use the navigation tools provided within the application for optimal performance. Using the 'Back' button may disrupt the application process.
What if I don’t meet the minimum qualifications for a position, should I apply anyway?
Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements (as per the qualification specifications at the time of posting) will be considered. You should review the job description and qualification requirements prior to applying or re-applying. Applying for positions for which you do not meet the minimum requirements could prevent your application from being taken seriously and from moving forward in the process.
How will I know that Kadlec has received my application? Should I call and check?
When you successfully submit your online application, you will be taken to a page confirming that your application has been received. You will also receive an automated e-mail confirmation. If you do not see this message or receive this e-mail, your application is still pending. To submit, log in and visit the 'Submit' tab to review that all sections are complete. Due to the high volume of phone calls we receive, we are, unfortunately, unable to check the individual status of your application.
Once I apply, how will I know if I am being considered? Should I call and check on my status?
If your skills and qualifications best match the requirements and needs of the position, you will be contacted for additional screening and/or an interview within 30 days. Please note: If you have not been contacted within 30 days from the date of which you applied, we regret to inform you that your application is no longer being considered for the position(s). Due to the high volume of phone calls we receive, we are unfortunately, unable to check the individual status of your application.
I keep applying, but don’t hear anything back. Why?
Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements (as per the qualification specifications at the time of posting) will be considered. Because applications are reviewed for each specific job posting, please note that you are being considered against the pool of applicants for that position at that time. If your skills and qualifications best match the requirements and needs of the position at the time of posting, you will be contacted for additional screening. Our advice is to make sure that you meet the minimum requirements of the position and have an interest and passion for the specific position for which you are applying. Applying for positions for which you don’t qualify or have interest, and/or applying for ALL positions open could be preventing your application from being taken seriously and from moving forward in the process.
