How can I find out what jobs are currently open?
The best way to find and apply for a new job is by visiting Kadlec Health System's website on a regular basis. It will help you keep up-to-date with all the new changes.
I do not have an email account. Can I still apply to Kadlec Regional Medical Center?
To register, it is necessary to have a valid e-mail account. There are many websites that offer free e-mail accounts. Here are a few:
I am getting an error code when I try to log in. What's going on?
If you are not able to login you may already have an account with Kadlec. You will need to have your pin emailed to you. Look on the right hand side of the login screen to begin.
I have filled in everything and it's still not letting me submit my application. What's wrong?
You need to fill in every box that has an asterisk by it. If you begin filling out any portion of a section with * then you will need to complete that entire section.
Can I use the browser's 'Back' button?
No. Please use the navigation tools provided within the application for optimal performance. Using the 'Back' button may disrupt the application process.
Do I have to fill out the skills section if I am emailing a resume?
How do I send my resume?
You can email us from your email account. Please email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to tell us that you filled out the online application. You can also cut and paste your resume into the Work History section.
Do I have to do the survey from the application window?
Yes. Your application cannot be submitted until you do so.
Will I hear back once I submit my online application?
When you submit your online application you will receive an automated confirmation response indicating that your application was successfully received. Due to the increasing volume of applications that we receive, you will only be contacted if your skills and qualifications are a good fit for the job opening in question.
How will I know the job has been filled?
When a position is filled, the posting is removed from our website.
Do I have to complete the survey each time I apply?
No. Your survey results will be kept on file for twelve months. If you are applying after a period of twelve months from your initial application, please complete the survey again.
