Sunset Memorial Gardens

Kadlec Foundation, Einan's Funeral Home, and Sunset Gardens have collaboratively worked together to create a burial site for parents to focus their feelings of grief and loss. Families have found comfort in having a designated resting place for their babies, as well as a special place to visit.

This burial site is provided as a service of Kadlec Regional Medical Center and Foundation, and Sunset Memorial Gardens. This is a special area where babies born prior to 20 weeks and not born alive are periodically burried at no charge to the parents.

Memorial Service

The 2012 Memorial Service will be held: Wednesday, June 13th at 7:00 PM
Location: Sunset Memorial Gardens, 915 Bypass Highway; at the“Our Little Lambs” bronze sculpture site, located by the Einan’s Funeral Home building

Every year in June there is a special memorial service at Sunset Memorial Gardens for all pregnancy losses that have occurred at Kadlec during the past year. Invitations are sent out in May, but the service is open to the public. The service takes place at the “Our Little Lambs” bronze sculpture site, located by the Einan’s Funeral Home building.

The service is facilitated by Kadlec’s bereavement team, in collaboration with the Kadlec Foundation, Einan’s Funeral Home and Sunset Memorial Gardens.
