she was great

April Duran is the best Healthcare provider I have ever had the pleasure to be seen by. She is so attentive and respectful and knowledgeable. I love being seen by her!

great visit, good information, felt comfortable with her recommendations

The provider did an excellent job knowing me as a patient and caring for all my concerns/reasons for the visit. She spent time talking briefly on a personal level to make me feel comfortable and at ease. I left the exam room confident in the next steps for my care.

All good & treatment is working!

April Duran is comforting, informative, caring and a great listener.

April was very knowledgeable and made things easy to understand. Even though they were running a little behind, she made me feel important and spent enough time with me.

very people friendly, understanding & concerned & more than willing to help

I never heard back on my test results. had to call and find them out myself. prescription was not filled until almost 9pm. this was a time sensitive situation. also sat in the exam room for almost 30 mins partially undressed. not a comfortable experience. other than that April was amazing and I would consider making her my primary doctor.

April always makes my visit pleasant and full of info for me. she is always very interested in everything I have to say and always makes sure my questions are answered at the end. excellent communication and patient care

good experience

april was great

April Duran Was extremely informative and helpful, as well as being very nice. I felt comfortable there and with her. The nurses were great and friendly and so was the front desk staff, as well as the check-out staff.

April Duran is hands down the best provider I have ever seen. She is caring, informed, considerate and she actually listens to what I have to say. She is amazing!

April is a very kind, compassionate, caring provider, I can't say enough great things about her.

April was awesome! I was referred to her by a patient of mine (I work in dental) and I will cont. to refer her to others.

Dr Durant is a very sought after practitioner. She always reads charts and preps for our appointments. She covers her bases, listens to me, and ultimately gives me the resources to make educated decisions. this appointment resulted in follow ups, but we were able to get my bleeding to stop. I'm very thankful I was hooked up with Dr Durant over a year ago. I'm new to the tri cities and it has been amazing getting my women's care provider right on the first try!

I really enjoyed my visit. The provider answered my questions in an appropriate manner using words I understand.
