This appointment was a post op appointment and I was very pleased with the surgery as well. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Dr Bunnage also made sure to let my special needs son know that I was doing ok after surgery, putting his mind at ease. Very appreciated!

Dr. Bunnage is extremely busy, instead of seeing him for my appointments, it was someone else or an assistant.

Everything went well - I would have appreciated a follow up phone call within the first 48 hours after my surgery just to check on my well being.

He told me that something was wrong - ordered CT scan. Acted like, "just deal with it." He did not seem to care.

Was unable to schedule a follow-up appointment after surgery within the recommended 7 to 10 days. Was unable to speak directly to provider before leaving hospital after surgery.

I discussed the procedure with the doc, he was very open & heard me out. I felt he could have been more attentive & we should have discussed the surgery further. I spoke to his nurse about my concerns but she doesn't question the doc.
