I left a little confused about the recommended tests. I asked questions and she answered them, but I still don't fully understand the need for further testing. I wasn't rushed away by her, but her answers to my questions didn't lead me to think: OK. I probably should proceed with the test she recommended.

Dr. Durocher is a caring expert in audiology. Most recently, I had an appointment for a baseline hearing test, but last month, she treated and resolved a problem I had with BPPV.
