The doctor and the sonographer who performed the test were both very good and capable people and I appreciate their care and consideration for their patients. The only comment I can make is not about the people but about the organization. Kadlec sends out phone reminders and if you are left a message you are to call back to let them know you received the message. Unfortunately the phone number that is given for the vascular center is wrong and you get a pick up of a call at another part of Kadlec. If you are in a car using handfree cell service it is hard to try and write down or remember the correct number when you call the incorrect number left in the Kadlec message. It shouldn't be too much of a task for Kadlec to correct their recorded reminder messages to include the correct number of the clinic or doctor who is leaving the message. And it would be helpful to your patients. However this is in no way a criticism of the doctor. He was excellent.

Everything was positive & all members of team staff are outstanding.

Great member of team of doctor's providing care and guidance for all medical conditions.

Dr. Lee was very helpful in explaining what the problem was including showing me my vascular condition with computer images. He then explained what procedure he recommended and why. [...]

Happy with Dae Lee as vascular doctor.

very good care

I don't click well with Dr. Lee. After he chewed me out during a past appointment for something I was not given written instructions to follow, my opinion of his manner dropped. Kadlec provides an After Visit Summary that I use as a guide for continuing instructions following that visit. The Wound Care department provides detailed notes in the "INSTRUCTION" section on page 1. There are no instructions on Dr. Lee's Summary. I did discover by accident that there is a NOTES tab in the K-Chart. The notes following my last appointment were not instructions and the final sentence says I am scheduled for a lumpectomy when in fact I had it nearly 4 weeks ago. That detail is a big deal to me. The notes do not tell me what to do other than his verbal admonishment to wear my compression garments. He may very well be an amazing surgeon, but our personalities don't mesh.

The office & wait time was relaxing not pressured (hurry up type) to get done. Office staff, techs even dr. showed they valued me and my time.

[...] Dr. Lee was one of many doctors who helped [...]. We always felt we received the best care and concern for him. We thank you. [...]

Doctor Lee has always been very forthright about discussing my medical condition and I would definitely recommend him to anyone requiring a Vascular Doctor.

He is thorough and efficient; he gave me options regarding possible treatment and allowed me to make decisions. We discussed the on-going treatment he had recommended and agreed that it is helping my condition.

he listened to my needs. He articulated himself to me in a very understanding way.
