Just to put his comment into context, I recently had a second stoke type event within five years, and I am really looking for answers to try and understand why this is occurring. My first one was at age 53 and now again at 58, so I am sure you can see my concern. However, to date the only thing that has been identified as a possible solution is that the first one was a cryptogenic event from the last time, but now with the second one I would like a little more detail in what I can do to try and do things better or differently. Recently a blood test was conducted and I received a call stating that I needed to take a B-Complex vitamin to potentially offset a borderline *IDENTIFICATION* level, I asked since I am taking a multivitamin from GNC called, Mens Mega 50 Plus daily, should I taker an additional B-Complex vitamin and I was asked what the multivitamins milligrams were, and I advised I was driving and if they could look at the online information they could find the information that was requested, but I have not heard the results yet. If the B-Complex vitamin is the potential magic pill that could help my chances of not having future stokes it would be nice to know this information sooner than later. Also, if there are any other tests that should be considered I would like to get those done sooner than later. The only other thing that I can link to strokes is stress, so currently I am not working until I can get some questions answered. I want to say that all of the providers I have seen at Kadlec have been very nice and have tried to help, but after leaving the second time at your facility for a second stroke and not even seeing a Neurologist nor a Cardiologist before being released or seen as a patient in a timely manner is very concerning. I know this may sound like a rant, but I just think that there should be a little that can be done. Thanks for the time to add comments.

*NAME* was great BUT she sent in a request for medical records to sent information to the Department of Labor via *NAME* at the *LOCATION* *IDENTIFICATION*. I also made the request in person at Medical Records, and a week and half later, Medical Records has STILL not sent the information over. I NEED IT by *DATE*. Please make it happen! And let me know when it has happened. *IDENTIFICATION* or *IDENTIFICATION*. Thanks.

Dr. Pan was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. She took as much time listening to myself and family members as we needed.

I don't believe this provider had a thorough knowledge and understanding of the condition I have, or my personal history regarding it. I also had the feeling that the provider was adamant about their unwavering negative opinion of the use of my medication, prescribed by several neurologist and pain management reviews that should have been reviewed prior to my appointment. The provider stated "I have never prescribed oxicodone during my entire career". I thought that quite unusual for a Neurologist to say; however during the current opiate scare I have some understanding of the scare in the medical profession to provide them, as in this encounter.

I felt I was being rushed through the appointment, as if it was a formality for the provider.

I feel like she didn't listen to me, she seemed very confused through the whole appointment. I was also told "in my medical opinion there is no one anywhere" that she can think of to help me find answers.
