I feel she blew off my concerns and symptoms that are still occurring and I didn't feel she wasn't able to help me in my rehabilitation recovery.

Everything was great, as expected. The one time I called in and didn't get a response, I knew I had an appointment coming up so I decided to speak with Dr. Zhang personally so it wasn't a problem.

Dr. Zhang was rude, short and did not have my pcp listed correctly and was mad that she didn't. She argued with me about who my pcp was, I will never see her again and wouldn't recommend anyone else do either. She needs to retire!

We didn't realize one prescription had run out. The day after visit we phoned in to our pharmacy. Two days later we went to pick up. They still hadn't heard from this provider but since it was late on Friday afternoon and patient was out of meds they provided enough to get thru Monday. Pharmacy didn't hear from provider until Tues after numerous calls from provider

office visit wasn't long enough. I feel that the Dr should have went over with me the Images of the MRI much slower and should have shown me all the Images of from the MRI. The dr went so fast, that it was impossible for me to see what she was TRYING to explain..with what she did show me [...].

Dr. Zhang is probably the most honest MD/OD I have ever met. If she does not know an answer, she says, "I don't know the answer, but I will send you to a specialist with training in your specific problem." Her willingness to ensure her patients get the best possible care is exemplary, I wish their were more doctors like her.
