I was the first one in the waiting room it seemed like after a busy rush. 12 people came after me and my name was still not called. I had to finally approach the front desk after 20 minutes in the waiting room and finally a medical assistant came to take me back. I did not get an apology for this wait or an explanation why. I was late back to work and my manager was not pleased. I know a Doctor's office is a place to wait, but when my appointment is at 1 pm and I'm finally being seen at 1:45 pm there is something wrong. Those are ER times, not specialist appointment times.

Dr. Neil Rawlins was very courteous and helpful in my office visit. When I told him about my vaginal mesh pain, he said he wants to start with the least questional cause of my pain, rather than sending me to a surgeon as his first option. I like that!I feel surgery should be a last resort, and all other options for my pain should be explored.

Dr didn't look at my file and previous history before coming in to talk to me. First time seeing him at 41 weeks pregnant. Felt unheard and like he just came in and rushed out.

Neil Rawlins is a sensitive, caring person, who truly wants to help his patients. He goes the extra mile, and makes me feel like a whole person, not just a "medical condition". He treats his patients as friends, never projecting a superior attitude; he is never condescending. I wish he had more time, or could clone himself, so that all my friends and family could switch to being his patients; I believe they would find more of the help they need to feel better and enjoy life more fully if they could have Dr. Rawlins as their health care provider.
