MD Rawlins gave me extra information about my disease which was helpful

Dr. Rawlins was very good and I felt as comfortable as I could under circumstances

I love Dr Rawlins! He is so knowledgeable about my condition and has helped me a great deal!!

No better dr. ANYWHERE than Dr. Rawlins! No one cares more about his patients; is more thorough, answers all questions, nor makes a patient feel she and her health is most important!

Very kind and companionate and explained everything so I can understand! We need more doctors like Dr Rawlins

There was only one person for checkout and 10 patients in the office. Not very efficient and patient friendly.

The nurse was rude and NO personality.

Very caring, Good bedside manner.

Dr. Rawlins is awesome. So is Heather Johnson. Seems to be some good people at APW but some APW policy is either annoying. For example I getting asked to verify my name and date of birth three times makes me feel nervous like your assistants really can't remember who I am between the waiting room to the exam room?

With everything on a computer now days, I'm a little confused when it is time to leave the room, I am used to waiting for paperwork. I would not blame your office for that, I am just old school!

I have been a patient of this provider for over 15 years and find him a careful doctor who is always courteous and informative.

Dr. R is the best! but I do wish he wasn't so limited in appts.

Great doctor great practice

informative, enlightening, intuitive, caring

Dr. Rawlins called me [...] with my lab results & recommendations. He took the time to answer my many questions and showed genuine concern. I was very grateful.

Dr. Rawlins was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I respect his wisdom and experience and feel privileged to be able to have appointments with him.

I was the first one in the waiting room it seemed like after a busy rush. 12 people came after me and my name was still not called. I had to finally approach the front desk after 20 minutes in the waiting room and finally a medical assistant came to take me back. I did not get an apology for this wait or an explanation why. I was late back to work and my manager was not pleased. I know a Doctor's office is a place to wait, but when my appointment is at 1 pm and I'm finally being seen at 1:45 pm there is something wrong. Those are ER times, not specialist appointment times.

He was very helpful connecting the nutrition with my condition.

This office and this provider are the most professional, kind, and knowlegable people, staff and office I've ever had the pleasure of visiting within the entire Kadlec system!!

Excellent care thus far. Only one visit at the time of this survey. a relief to finally speak to someone who knows what I'm referring to. Thank you!

Dr. Neil Rawlins was very courteous and helpful in my office visit. When I told him about my vaginal mesh pain, he said he wants to start with the least questional cause of my pain, rather than sending me to a surgeon as his first option. I like that!I feel surgery should be a last resort, and all other options for my pain should be explored.

I so appreciate Dr Rawlins's knowledge and compassionate manner.

Was hoping to have him as my primary doctor due to positive feedback from him a few years ago.

Dr. Rawlins is very knowledgeable and can easily explain even difficult to understand information. it's obvious he genuinely cares.

Very happy with Dr. Rawlins care.

Excellent doctor

Dr didn't look at my file and previous history before coming in to talk to me. First time seeing him at 41 weeks pregnant. Felt unheard and like he just came in and rushed out.

Dr Rawlins is very professional, always answers my questions in layman's terms, and is patient and considerate. I highly recommend him.

excellent and informative care...the best in the field of MTHFR!

Dr. Rawlins is one of the best doctors i have had for years. In fact ALL of any providers & docs have been good ones. If not a team WITH them, i move on. [...]
