Kadlec’s Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) partners patients and families with members of the health care community to provide perspectives that influence safety, enhances the patient and family experience and achieves the best clinical outcomes throughout Kadlec.
Through their unique perspectives, they give input on issues that impact care, ensuring that the next patient or family member’s journey is easier.

Our Patient Family Advisors possess these key attributes:
A Patient Family Advisor represents the patient and family perspective to provide insight into creating the best possible patient experience. A Patient Advocate is a trained professional who serves as a go-between for patients and their family members and representatives of the health care industry. Patient Family Advisors (PFAC volunteers) do not operate in this capacity.
All Kadlec volunteers that are appointed to the PFAC will be required to complete the onboarding process prior to beginning their role as a Patient and Family Advisory Council Members.
